Objectives
Fuel Tracker is an Android application developed as part of my training at ESIGELEC that allows the listing of gas stations near one's location. It also allows the management of certain parameters such as friends, favorite stations, and more.
Tasks
Registration/login - Display stations within a 6km radius with reverse geocoding on the map and via a list - User profile and preferences management.
A project, an infographic
This infographic helps to understand and highlight the strengths of this application through its various features. It is also a good means of presentation to evaluate the work and effort put in.
Stations & Reverse Geocoding
The display of gas stations was managed based on your current location. Indeed, from this, the algorithm was able to retrieve and display the nearest gas stations within a 6km radius.
Profile & Preferences
Once the user had logged into the application, it was possible for them to edit their profile information as well as certain preferences regarding friend management, favorite station lists, and information sharing.
